  • 12 Quaker Salt Free or Lightly Salted Rice Cakes
  • 16 oz fat-free refried beans
  • 1 c salsa
  • 2 medium plum tomatoes, diced
  • 4 oz chopped green chilies, drained
  • 1⁄2 c chopped green peppers
  • 1⁄4 c chopped onions
  • 1 c shredded low-fat cheddar cheese

Instructions

  • Heat beans and spread over Quaker Salt Free or Lightly Salted Rice Cakes.
  • Layer with salsa, tomatoes, chilies, green pepper, onion and cheese.
