  • Quaker Rice Snacks (your choice)
  • 1 sli lettuce
  • 1 sli provolone chees
  • 3 sli tomato
  • 1 t reduced fat mayonnaise

Instructions

fry provolone in non stick pan till it gets crispy on both sides.  Put mayo on Rice snack add lettuce and tomato. It tastes like a BLT

How many calories does this have?  I'd like to add it into my diet, which includes caloric intake tracking.  I also dont understand the frying of the provolove cheese.  Is this a buttered frying pan with a piece of provolove in it?  How do you get the cheese out  - without losing it to the spatula?  Do you slice the rice cake in half by width - making it a sandwich?
