Punkin Pie on a Rice Cake!

  • 1 Quaker Apple Cinnamon Rice Cakes
  • 1⁄4 c canned pure pumpkin
  • 1 t fat free cream cheese
  • 1 t maple syrup, sugar free
  • 1⁄8 t pumpkin pie spice
  • 1⁄2 pk no-calorie sweetener packet

Instructions

Smear cream cheese evenly over one side of your rice cake. Mix pumpkin pie spice (or cinnamon & nutmeg) and sweetener into pumpkin. Spread pumpkin mixture over rice cake. Top with syrup, and enjoy!
