Maple Praline & Peaches

  • 2 Quaker Maple Brown Sugar Cakes
  • 2 oz fat-free cream cheese, softened
  • 1 small ripe peach, peeled, sliced
  • 2 t chopped toasted pecans
  • 2 T Aunt Jemima® Light Syrup, divided

Instructions

  • Stir together cream cheese and 1 tablespoon syrup in small bowl until smooth.
  • Spread mixture over Maple Brown Sugar Multigrain Cakes, dividing evenly.
  • Top with peach slices. Drizzle with remaining syrup; sprinkle with pecans.

Frozen sliced peaches may be substituted for fresh. Defrost according to package directions.
