- Quaker Ranch Quakes
- 1 cn (15 oz.) chickpeas (garbanzo beans), drained
- 1 clv garlic
- 1⁄2 c drained marinated artichoke hearts
- 2 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley

Instructions
- Combine all ingredients except parsley and Quaker® Rice Snacks in work bowl of food processor. Pulse until smooth.
- Transfer to serving bowl. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Stir in parsley. Dip or spread each Quakes Ranch Flavor Rice Snack with hummus.

If desired, one (8 oz.) container refrigerated ready-to-serve hummus may be substituted for chickpeas. Proceed as recipe directs using 1 tablespoon lemon juice and omitting water. If hummus is too thick, add water, a teaspoon at a time, until desired consistency.
