Berry Cake

Ingredients: Serves 1
- 1 sweet Quaker Rice Snacks (your choice)
- 2 T fat free sugar free berry preserves
- 4 sli strawberries or other fruit to complement preserves
- 1 dr fat free cool whip
Instructions
- Spread preserves onto rice cake.
- Arrange fresh berries on top of preserves.
- Then place a dollop of cool whip on top of fruit and enjoy this harmless, delicious, treat!
