  • 2 Quaker Caramel Corn Rice Cakes
  • 1 medium banana, sliced
  • 1 T 1/4 cup fat free caramel sauce
  • 1⁄4 c fat free whipped topping
  • 4 dry roasted peanuts, chopped

Spread whipped topping over rice cakes. Place banana slices on top & drizzle with caramel sauce. Sprinkle with chopped peanuts
