Yummy, Filling, Rice Cake Snack

  • 1 Quaker large Rice Cakes (your choice)
  • 1 T Reduced Fat Peanut Butter
  • 1 apple, sliced
  • 1 Banana, sliced

(Note: Caramel corn and Cinnamon rice cakes seem to tast the best in this recipe.)

1. Core 1 apple

2.Take the apple and slice it into medium slices.

3. Slice the banana into about 16 rounds

4. Take 1 rice cake and spread 1 tablespoon of peanut butter on the rice cake.

5. Then place some of the apple slices, banana rounds, or both on top of the peanut-buttered rice cake.
