suzytractiv's Goals:

I would like to try to curb my snacking.  Make more healthy choices, and start by keeping healthier choices around!   My main goal is
to trim my waistline.  And I am hoping to find some new tips and quick alternative recipes to help cut calories, and get me moving!  I'm excited about this website, it looks so fun and inviting!  I have been waiting for something like this to come along for some time. 

suzytractiv's Story:

I've always been skinny since was a little girl.  So, I definitely took eating fatty chips and sweets for granted, because they never showed on me.  Well, time has taken it's toll, and my lazy attempts at exercise and food choice has definitely found it to the surface.  I've decided before I hit the big 30, I'm going to jump start and finally get myself to take an interest in what goes into my body.  Basically, I need to play a what's 'good' and what's 'bad,' and keep on track, everyday.

Getting Active Before You Get Active

Summer is right around the corner. That means longer days, going on vacation, and being more active outdoors. Are you feeling the pressure to get in shape? Are you going to do anything differently to prepare? If so, what? If not, what about your current routine has you ready?

It's been such a long dark and agonizing winter. I am all ready to get out on my bike and do more things. It seems as though I've been sitting for such a long time. Time to get moving! I also have been taking smaller portions at the dinner table, and skipping desserts.
