To try and eat healthier and work out on a more consistant basis.

Rachel's Story:

I'm tired after work and generally don't have the energy to cook or work out. I think if I would plan out meals and designate time to exercise, I'd feel more organized, less stressed and get more accomplished!

It's fun to think about how your life will change once you start reaching your goals. Will you buy a new wardrobe? Be more confident at work or with friends? Try to help others live healthier? Plan on reaching your goals, and write down 3 or more things that will change because of your hard-earned success.

I'm definitely planning a shopping spree! But, I've been buying some things along the way to keep me motivated and congratulate myself. There's nothing better than feeling great when you step outside your door in the morning.
