Megwillloseit's Goals:

I want to finally lose the last bit of pregnancy weight and feel fantastic about myself.

Megwillloseit's Story:

I was born to a family of over-eaters. We over ate when we were nervous or bored. It never ceased! We didn't snack on healthy food, it was all junk. I grew up overweight and never really knew what it was like to feel happy with my body. I finally looked at myself about 7 months ago and said, "If you want to live to see your daughter have children, you HAVE to lose this weight!" I began my journey in January, the day of my birth, and have not stopped since. I started at 200lbs and am now at 145. I want to weigh about 125-130. I'm so close!

The Best Exercise Excuses

We all have a favorite excuse: "There's not enough time." "I'll do it next week." "I'm too stressed from work." They just pop into our heads. The thing is, once you get moving, exercise isn't so bad. What excuses tend to creep into your mind? Do you let them win every time? How will you overcome your exercise devil-on-the-shoulder?

I am constantly saying to myself that I'm too tired and I'll do it later. I always overcome this obstacle by telling myself that I don't need an excuse not to, and that it'll make me feel better.
