I would like to be able to stick to my plan on Weight Watchers and actually lose some weight and keep it off for once. Once I do that I believe I will have the energy to do a lot more.
I am a young mom with eight and a half year old twin girls. I am mostly a stay at home mom with a husband who is always at work so a large chunk of raising the girls and doing things around the house falls on my shoulders. With that responsibilty I tend to let myself go and put the need of everyone else ahead of me therefore it is extremely easy for me to go off my diet and into snack mode for stress, boredom and anger. So what I hope to accomplish for this summer is to stick to a plan and try to carve out some time for me without feeling guilty.
