
I want to make a lifestyle change -- eat better, exercise more, live longer! (It's harder than it sounds.) And, I want more people to give me the OK sign like the big guy in my snackbook picture!
My story is one we've all heard a million times. I've got 2 kids and a husband and while I try to make time for myself, I have trouble maintaining a consistent healthy lifestyle. I do great for a few months, then life gets in the way and all I'm left with are good intentions. I want to set a good example for my family and instill healthy habits in my kids. Boring story, huh?
