A Fruitful Decision

According to the CDC (Centers for Disease Control), almost everybody needs to eat more fruit. Which means that healthy choices are literally growing on trees, yet we don’t take advantage of them. What's your favorite fruit? How can you get more fruit in your diet? Any recipes or tips for adding fruit to our next meal?

It's hard to get alot of fruit in my diet. I like to drink a smoothie every week or so. It is so much easier than munching a bunch of apples.
