Celebration Equals Motivation

Remember to celebrate the goals you achieve, even if it's something small, like eating more vegetables at lunch. You don't have to go all out, but simply treating yourself to a new piece of clothing, or taking some extra time to relax can be deeply rewarding. Celebrating reinforces that what you're accomplishing is important, and — yes! — you can be successful at it. What's the next goal you plan on reaching? How will you celebrate?

Next goal? Less fruit more candy...no really...keep from grazing all day long. Going to try and change my path to and from the front yard...shouldn't be through the kitchen. View full response

Trying to eat less sweets. I've been keeping a food journal to help me track how many I've been eating. I'll have to start rewarding myself for those weeks that I've accomplished my goals. View full response
