Fishing for Good Health

When it comes to the benefits of eating fish, you should fall for the positive research hook, line, and sinker. Not all fish have a strong flavor, some are quite mild and it's recommended to eat fish at least twice a week for various health benefits (not for kids or pregnant women). Are you getting enough fish in your diet? What kinds of fish do you like? Can you recommend any tasty sauces? Good side dishes?

I can no longer find the peanut butter chocolate chip rice cakes anywhere in grocery stores. Is there an online store where I can order these. I love them. View full response

I am trying to locate this product. Our HEB store used to carry it, and so did Brookshire Bros. I live in a small town, but they should carry the product. They do not carry it now. View full response

I love the caramel rice cakes.I picked up a bag and was blown away by the taste.Wow!They are delicious.But I have one complaint.7 isn't enough.It should be at least 16 a serving. View full response
