Summer is right around the corner. That means longer days, going on vacation, and being more active outdoors. Are you feeling the pressure to get in shape? Are you going to do anything differently to prepare? If so, what? If not, what about your current routine has you ready?

I currently do Curves 6x/wk due to a contest I am in, but will be cutting back to 3-4x/wk and incorporating more walking into my lifestyle. View full response

I am only beginning. I plan to get more active with a dvd I have at home that is a walking exercise that uses some minor resistance with 1 lb weights. View full response
