Walking is such a great exercise because it's easier on your knees than running and can still get your heart rate going strong. When it's nice out, a walk after dinner can be even more satisfying than sweets. Do you enjoy walking? How far or often do you walk? Do you listen to music while you stride? Tell us about your walking experience.
When the weather is decent out I try to walk everywhere instead of taking the bus or the train. And in all weather I take the stairs at work instead of the escalator. View full response
