Summer is right around the corner. That means longer days, going on vacation, and being more active outdoors. Are you feeling the pressure to get in shape? Are you going to do anything differently to prepare? If so, what? If not, what about your current routine has you ready?
I definitely hid under my sweaters in the winter, so I need to get a little more activity into my routine. That and cooking better meals are my two big goals and I hope that will translate into feeling healthier for the summer.
