The Best Exercise Excuses

We all have a favorite excuse: "There's not enough time." "I'll do it next week." "I'm too stressed from work." They just pop into our heads. The thing is, once you get moving, exercise isn't so bad. What excuses tend to creep into your mind? Do you let them win every time? How will you overcome your exercise devil-on-the-shoulder?

It's always that I'm too tired, working two jobs to fulfill my dream. But I taped a photo of the building I will be buying to start off my business and it inspires me to keep going. View full response

I am constantly saying to myself that I'm too tired and I'll do it later. I always overcome this obstacle by telling myself that I don't need an excuse not to, and that it'll make me feel better. View full response
